I tried my best to make this shop the main shop I take my vehicles to for service, Chris was wonderful upon my first interaction however things took an unfortunate turn. I was told by another mechanic there that I need both Catalytic converter needs replacing, I said ok I'll get my own part because they were charging over $800 for the part and the labour would be $400 to weld, however after purchasing my converter it was bolted not welded so price should be less, however they then quoted me $480 and said it's their standard price however I know for a fact after sending someone there they charged the person $250.00.

Go in there take a piss & your shit will fall off all them damn germs in that chicken coop. m************ pigs. You supposed to be here helping people for for all the time you've been the manager Maggie but you ripping people off you got crooks working for you y'all do Rush jobs y'all do anything to make money you still in Shields card and cutting off people call this converters! r your front office look like pigs slot hole. I know you got to live eat and pay your bills but you still in people's s*** out their cars making it hard for them we have to go out and repay somebody to put that back on reset it put the shields back on something you were supposed to do for the $200 so what you doing you're ripping people off plus stealing off their cars you are horrible human being and you should go back to the caves where you belong with your 3 monkeys that work for you. Yes I'm angry because I got three Shields stolenI got all my hardware stolen & nuts off of my screws they put a gasket on there that was rusted I paid $337.00 from Amazon for that damn manifold converter. September 16th 2021 I met with Mr Andre about having a manifold converter put on my 2005 Nissan Altima. Return the job over to Carlton a nasty looking shoe dragon mechanic. Carlton took things off my car it was not pertaining to the repair he took the shield off of my that goes around my sensors. He took push screws out of my vehicle that goes over the flap from my breather over my radiator he said it was too small but he never came to me to ask me do what I like to purchase some more that were the right size. But I never had any problems out of those push screws for 7 months. But I guess that's the way they do their job they take your s*** off your car and then they have you to come back for more work I pay them $200 to put on my free bolt manifold converter that I paid for. When I left your shop my car was running very well but let me say my car was not making any noises when I came there not my muffler not anything 3 days later my car started ticking and sounding like a damn truck I called Ms Maggie before I put her on yep with a bad review to let her know what went on send her pictures of the things that were taken off of my car and send her pictures of broken screws that were left on my windshield she let Mr Carlton see the email it didn't matter because she took his side they told me I could bring it back and be charged to have those things that he took off my car replaced. That lady f****** crazy that's why she don't have nobody to work there for her and the next step I'm going to do is holding enforcement I took a picture of all those 50 cars out of that grass growing up and down the door I took pictures of the inside I took pictures.

Catalyst Converter Thieves
"September 14th 2021 days before my tag was about to expire on the 19th. I went to rainbow muffler on Jonesboro road owned by Miss Maggie. Her assistant Andre told me that he could get my car in to Carlton the technician to put on a manifold converter with the charge of $200 labor I purchased my own manifold converter from Amazon. Before I picture of everything in that box the hardware the gasket and the manifold itself. Andre drove my car back to the area where they fix the cars the bay and their Carlton took my car and supposedly repaired it but he kept all of my hardware in that box he did not put the proper gasket on he put on some permatex on that gasket the actual gasket is a heat seal gasket on a 2005 Nissan Altima. They will finish with my car within an hour I should have checked my car. As I'm driving down the street I hear popcorn popping on the outside of my windshield as I look there are broken rusted screws laying on my windshield rattling around I get out of my car and look at all these screws look up my hood to see he kept all of my new hardware he kept the shield didn't say whether I wanted it or not they just took it. 2 Days later my car started sounding like a truck so loud and so annoying I couldn't believe that was my car. So I stopped at the advance Auto some miles away told him what went on and what happened what I had repaired the owner of advance Auto was kind enough to say it sounds like my catalytic convert had been taken off of my car. He took a peek up under the car and sure it was Carlton the Tech @ rainbow muffler cut off my catalytic converter and cppedt it with a cap. And took my Cadillac converter in the back where they take the rest of them at their crooks they're still in catalytic converters when they work on your manifold converters. They know what we are women and that we wouldn't know anything but I've been laying up on the car since I was 8 years old. How horrible Maggie"

Crooks for Mechanic & dirty and filthy ass a chicken ? coop
Display seem nice reasonable fordable when you can bring your own part but you got crooks in that like Carlton Andre yeah I said Andre. That take things off of your car without telling you until you find out when you get home but then the heck that I own it named Maggie she just as low down and dirty as they are she just getting money little nasty rundown filter bathroom filter office space right there in the front and this is save 50 motherfuking cars in a parking because say to screw people over their cars and tore him up and nobody wants to pay for that trash so that's why their parking lot look like that I already called code enforcement cat behind Maggie

Slow Service
This is classic terrible customer service. We arrived about 9:20. People were coming in getting serviced before us. The guy did say they were finishing us up 30 minutes ago. Mcdonagh location is probably better but not here

Great shop always gives me a good price
