James said it takes a lot of time getting in and out of there, it took four days. He's been using them for years and has spent a lot of money there. They give him a ride back and forth, which works great for him.

Helped me out of a bind with excellent service!
My experience with Rainier Automotive was top notch! They knew I was possibly planning on selling the car soon so I was looking for the least painful fix, not the long-term investment. They communicated with me every step of the way. I ended up having some additional preventative maintenance done as well and the car is running so beautifully, we might keep it after all.

Friendly, reliable service.
The staff here are always friendly and willing to answer any questions I have about the work they're doing. Their quotes are on par or cheaper than other shops I've looked into and their work is solid. They are always great about noting concerns they have about my car, but I never feel pressured by them to have them do the work.

Service on Nissan Altima
Had a good experience. My air conditioning decided to stop working so they were able to fix it and now blows colder than before. Will use them again in the future.

Solid Service and Repairs
I have older (20 y/o) and younger vehicles. The older one especially has demanded some extra attention this past year. Rainier has done an amazing job of diagnosing and repairing all the problems. I don't think any other shop could have done a better job. The fact that the folks there are so friendly certainly doesn't hurt either.

Convenient and comprehensive service
Good communication and took care of my car. The cost for labor is just too high $175 for each item done is too steep. paying 350 for just service on getting two fluids done was painful. Other than the price it was good

Communication & vehicle condition after completed service
Great communication and service appears to be as expected.

Recommend to cover customer vehicle seats as my recently cleaned driver side cloth seat has now a fresh grease stain.

Jim said the business went above and beyond for him. He said the business helped Ford come through to do the work, diagnosed the problem and did the paperwork making sure Ford came through. Questions about my truck
Not knowing anything about Rainier Automotive repair, I had my truck towed to them for repair. I was in no hurry and Jeff to take his time finding the problem(s) with my truck. When Jeff called me and told me what he found, I didn't hesitate, and told him go ahead on it. Jeff and the crew at Rainier A Automotive were great. Very friendly, very professional, very thorough.
