PCV Valve Replacement
2012 Impala with 91k+ miles on it had never had the PCV valve replaced. in addition, I asked Randy’s to do a cursory check on the car to make sure nothing like belts, hoses, brake lines. fuel lines, battery, etc. had obvious issues. They replaced PCV and advised that battery was old and should probably be replaced before winter. Over them years, I have learned that I can trust them to do good work and only recommend needed repairs. This for sure is not the case for many shops. The staff at Randy’s are a pleasure to deal with.

Road-trip preparation
Getting a car ready for an upcoming vacation trip is a necessity and Randy’s Auto Repair was up to it. I asked them to make sure the car was worthy of a 11 hour trip south and to look at the emission control warning light. They gave it a complete inspection, found a non working sensor, changed the oil, a discovered 2 badly needed tires. The auto is good to go now!

Quick and easy
I had a major issue with my breaks, I had my car towed in on Monday morning and had it back by Tuesday afternoon. Very nice people and they don’t make you feel stupid when you don’t know much about cars. 100% getting my business again
