Stand by their work
We recently had work done on our brakes before going on a trip out west. The next day or brake light came on and we noticed we were losing fluid. We called Ray's from the road and they told us we could monitor fluid, if comfortable, and bring in as soon as we returned. We brought it back after over 4,000 miles. Rays fixed the leak and performed an oil change free of charge. I was shocked! I am, a week later, still incredibly impressed and happy to take our vehicles to people who care and feel like family.

Awesome service!
This was our first time at Rays! They were efficient and fair! They also communicated extremely well and never once pressured me to fix or buy anything. I asked for tire quotes and provided me with two options. We will definitely be going back. I only have good things to say!

Quick and effective repair
Convenient that this place is within walking distance to my house. Dropped off car Sunday night. Received estimate around 8 am next day. Repairs complete before noon. Friendly and helpful front desk receptionist. Spent a bit more money than I planned, but with inflation on the rise, that's to be expected. Other than that, would highly recommend to anyone needing work done to their vehicles.

Fast, professional and friendly.
They exceeded my expectations by far. Extremely friendly and had my 4runner finished much sooner than expected. I dread having to go to a mechanic but Ray and his daughter made it painless and we're very willing to share some tips.
