Mr Moss. I regret that your experience did not meet your expectations and I appreciate your feedback regarding our services. After all the years that we've been working together, I feel very dissapointed that it's come to this. I had a very long conversation with Matt about this after we spoke on the phone. I understand and agree that you should have been informed that we were not able to complete the service on your truck that day. We take full responsibility for that as we are aware that you have to come in from the VOC and that it's difficult for your wife to make that trip. For that sir, I am sorry. I also went back through all of your service history with us to see what may have happened. I feel that there were several mistakes made and possibly some miss communication. When you brought your truck in for a door lock actuator the first time, from what I undererstand, you told Matt that you wanted the actuator replaced because it was intemittently not operating correctly. One of our technicians tryed many times to duplicate the issue but it operated correctly every time. But you wanted a new actuator installed regardless. So we installed a new actuator. Normally we would not have done this without performing a proper diagnostic procedure. You needed your truck back ASAP so we replaced it and let it go. When you brought it back for the same issue, we were going to perform a proper dianostice procedure but we ran into an issue with another vehicle that took more time to complete than we had planned and we ran out of time before we could get your truck in.
I'm sorry to see you go, but I hope Black Hills or Village Car Care can better serve your needs. If you would like to talk with me directly please feel free to reach out.

Hi Steve. Bill here from Red Rock Auto Center. I just saw this review and obviously I became concerned so I checked into it. On the repair order it states 63k mile service. so I looked up what Infinity wants at 63500 miles. All they want is an oil change and check all the stuff that we normaly check. It recommended a cooling system service as a catch up maintanance so I looked in your history and found that we did that at 61918 miles. eveything else was great. You should have recieved an inspection report that goes over everything that was done and I apoligize that Matthew didnt send that to you. Im sorry for the confusion but we did in fact do every thing that Infiniti recommends for a 63k service. Thank you for choosing Red Rock Auto Center for your automotive service needs.
