Honest customer service
I went to get an oil change and brake fluid flush because the car's system indicated they were needed. When the technician checked the brake fluid, he found it was in excellent condition and didn't need to be flushed. He informed me of this and did not perform procedure saving me service fees. I appreciate his honesty and customer service focus.
