But what's even worse is when I go to the checkout counter the receptionist tells me the price and doesn't tell me what the work is on, if I need to come back, or any details.
I know I'm getting a good service there, but it doesn't feel good checking out without feeling like it's explained to me how I'm getting what I paid for.
