Great experience!
Had a fantastic experience with both RG and Alpha. I had a long process of sorting out exactly how I wanted to handle the issues I had. They were very supportive the whole time and very responsive to answering questions over text or phone and giving great advice, even when I chose to do some of the work myself. Good pricing too once all was said and done.

Awesome crew and professional work
RG Brake and Alignment has surpassed my expectations. I went in for tire alignment and balancing. After diagnosis, complete with photos and videos of the reason why they will not continue with my request for tire alignment and balancing, we found a lot of things that needs to be repaired before we can move forward to my request. I’m in awe of their honesty and efforts. I brought my XC90 back to the dealership and they’re in the process of repairing what RG Brake and Alignment saw on their diagnosis. I will continue to bring both my XC90s back to RG Brake and Alignment for professional tire maintenance. Maggie and her colleagues are awesome, knowledgeable and very professional ♥️

First impressions are everything
I'll definitely be using you guys as my primary shop. Very good customer service and also did an excellent job on my truck. Also and most importantly, sending me videos of everything they we checking and finding wrong was awesome. I think every shop should do that.
