It took over a week to get my car fixed. I took my car in on a Wednesday morning and did not get a call about an update until almost closing time. It wasn't until Thursday around noon. I got no call on Friday for an update about my car. The next update I received was on Saturday, once again close to noon, to let me know that one part that was ordered did not have the clips and that even though they were calling dealerships to get the part and a lot of them were closed, they were going to call me back with an update. I never received a call, so I called back around 2 to get an update, and they told me that my car will not be ready until Monday. I never received a call until after they were closed at 5:09 pm, letting me know that my car won't be ready until Tuesday. On Tuesday, I didn't receive a call until 1 pm letting me know that they had all the parts and had put everything together and were running it. They called me at again at 2 to let me know that the car was running well and that they were checking for any more leaks but the car should be ready to go by 4pm but if anything else was found I would be contacted. They called me at 3:15 to let me know that they had found another leak but they had ordered the part and that it should be there by 3:30 PM and they should be ready to get it done that day but if it wasn't they would give me a call, the call never came and my mom called me cause her and my dad went up there to pick up my car for them to tell my mom that it wasn't ready but that it would be ready Wednesday morning. I called on Wednesday at 11:13 am because I had not received a call, and they told me that the technician was on break and would be back soon and would do a final test run. I called back close to 12:30 PM and was told that it was on a test run and that they would call me in 10 minutes. I didn't receive a call, and I needed to go to work and wanted to know what I needed to do about arrangements so I could get to work. I went up to the shop so I could pay and get an update, but no one was at the counter, and one of the technicians told me the woman who works the front desk went to lunch but would be back in 10 minutes if I wanted to wait, but I couldn't. I didn't receive a call about my car being ready until 1:36 PM. The only consolation I received was $100 off my bill for the inconvenience; the lack of professionalism and runaround I received was beyond frustrating, and with me having to call to get updates so I can make arrangements for myself every day is unacceptable.
