I took a car in for trade went in knowing what I wanted they told me the new car was an AWD drive vehicle which it was not. I've had it in for service more than I should have in the 2 years, I've had the car. Horn has gone out 3 times, passengers front seat, alarm goes off like somebody sitting there and there's nothing on the seat, the mirrors for the outside of the car say there's somebody over there in a lane when they're not there, it's picking up the other side of a highway. When I'm driving, oh, there's just so many things that have been wrong with this car since I bought it. I take it in for service, if they can not duplicate the problem they come back and say there is nothing they can do for it. They treat me like crap in their service department. I had a horn replaced in December. They didn't put my car back together the right way. So I had to take it back and then when I take it back, the people are rude that wait on you. Overall, I will never buy another Rycart car. No matter if it's the last place to ever buy a car I will never buy one from them. They are rude they lie just to make a sell.
