Chevy truck repair
My 99 Chevy truck quit on and I had it towed to Richard's. They repaired it the next day for a reasonable cost. They were very courteous and helpful.

I brought my car in after being told by another shop that I needed a $2500 repair. Not only did Jim determine that I did NOT need the expensive repair, thereby saving me nearly $2000, he guarantees their work for 12 months. Family owned, honest as the day is long, and truly caring about their customers and cars.

One car and one truck in at same time
Jim was very helpful. My son’s car broke down on a Saturday. Their shop was closed but he called me right back and we were able to get a tow with his help.

Nice people BUT…
So the prices was higher than originally quoted by 200. It took twice as long as they told me it would take. They were very friendly and did stay open late on a Friday to finish my car. And their price was still lower than 60% of my other quotes I got. I guess we see how the car does after the repair. If that goes well, the. I’d recommend them.

Wonderful experience!
Called for a quote and was given very honest feedback with my problem. Was given an estimate, took my car in the morning and it was fixed by that afternoon with thr same price! Never taking my car anywhere else!! Very friendly and informative about the whole process with my car.
