I was so impressed with the amazing customer service, along with excellent technician work at Richmond Transmission. I arrived at close of business one day with a faulty transmission on my suburban. Chris was very kind and helpful even though I made him stay much later in the work day to register my vehicle for service. He was extra compassionate and assured that they would be able to fix my vehicle. The service was remarkable and they turned my vehicle around with a brand new transmission in less than a week!
