The easiest and friendliest car buying experience
Growing up with a single mom, I watched numerous big name dealerships and car salespeople try to manipulate and take advantage of her during the car buying process, and I was honestly so terrified to be buying my first car. After a recommendation to Rich's, I hesitantly made the trip down to their lot. All I can say is it was the most pleasant surprise I ever expected. Both Dante and Chase were extremely welcoming, friendly, and calming. We had an easy conversation about what I was looking for, and they found me the perfect car I had been looking at originally without ever pushing me out of my comfort zone or budget. I never felt an ounce of discomfort or manipulation, and really felt like they were there for me rather than just a commission. They've been so helpful and communicative, and I've had nothing but positive things to say about both Rich's and the car I purchased from them. No matter if you're a scared girl like me about to make their first adult purchase, or just anyone looking for a local, friendly, no BS dealership, I will have nothing but good things to say about Rich's and their staff.
