I most recently 09/20/24 had my Porsche repaired and was extremely disappointed with the "entire" process. Purchased a lithium battery from the parts department and installed my battery. Battery ran down in 2 mons. Jump started my vehicle and returned to Rick Hill for service. The service department informed me that I had no battery warrenty because they didn't install and program the $1000.00 lithium battery with my vehicle. I questioned why the parts department didn't inform me of this policy and the new "pathetic" Porsche/BMW manager CJ Hill stated it's not the parts department responsibility to inform customers concerning the requirement of programing the battery with the vehicle $172.00 charge before the battery could be registered and battery warrenty could be implemented. After a lengthy discussion Rick Hill service department agreed to inspect my battery and program battery with car to allow for warrenty implementation. After leaving my vehicle I was called and informed my vehicle showed an emergency radiator fan code. Advised replacing the fan charge $3000.00. When I returned to pickup my vehicle I was told my service advisor and mechanic were both on lunch break. I returned 2 hrs later discussed my bill with my service advisor and was told I didn't need to replace the fan just needed the electrical fan plug-in connection "cleaned" charged $1360.00 was also told my USB port was not working and plugged my cell phone into USB outlet and it worked without hesitation. I asked CJ Hill about removing my fan without checking the fan connection first and USB port a misdiagnosis and his response "i have full confidence in my mechanic/technician". I asked again to discuss my vehicle diagnosis and wasctold again he was on lunch break!! I asked for an adjustment in charges and CJ Hill refused and was very arrogant and became very confrontational. My opinion avoid this dealership at all costs!! I would strongly advocate taking your Porsche/BMW to Asheville or Knoxville for proper maintance and associated costs!! Sincerely, retired military Dr Mark E Clark
