We had a little tire sound that was diagnosed as brakes...needed an oil change...and close enough to the scheduled belt review. Like new now. The mechanics are knowledgeable and helpful.

The MOST AMAZING car buying experience EVER!!
I never thought that buying a car could be easy and quick, but it was! Elliot made buying a used car a breeze. He made the process simple, direct, and efficient. He was transparent, outlined options clearly, and I left very happy with a used car that is in great shape and with very low mileage. He did all of the work to minimize the time and energy I had to invest in this process. I am really grateful to have Ridge Road as an alternative to other dealerships in the area. NYS Inspection
My daughter's car needed an inspection - and as it was discovered, the exhaust system was in bad shape. I never like to spend "unplanned" money but at least I feel that the service department here isn't trying to rip me off (something I really appreciate!) Got the parts in and fixed same day.

Good Service
I brought my car in for a brake inspection. The guys were thorough in evaluating the condition of my brake pads and calipers. In addition I was offered good advice about obtaining hubcaps less expensively, and reminded of the change in transmission and other fluids and parts at 60,000 miles for my car which I did not know. The guys are knowledgeable and very competent.

Good Experience
Took my car in very soon after need of repair.
Very satisfied with mechanical work and able to speak with Elliot [owner] concerning payment options. Elliot also advised contacting my auto insurance company.
Good advice..type of repair work covered by auto ins co. after meeting rerequired deductible. Thank you to Elliot for his advise and thanks to Robert & staff for their ability to do repair work in a very timely manner.

Great service
The a/c on our 2015 Subaru Forester stopped working on the hottest day of the year. I was able to make an appointment for 2 days later, got the problem resolved, and also the 60k service that was overdue. Car was ready by the end of the day.
