Customer service oriented & friendly
I actually live almost 3 hours away from Ridgeway. I experienced my engine running rough and was able to make it to Ridgeway. I spoke with Jeff who I’ve known for a long time and he was able to get me in and get my work done and I had my vehicle back by the end of the day so I could make my three hour trek home. I really appreciated the effort that he and his crew put in for me that day. Customer Service goes along way in my book and if it is the same for anyone else then you need to go there to Ridgeway auto.

Quality work, fair pricing and good customer service.
I took my Jeep Commander to Ridgeway to have reverse lights fixed. The dealer told me I need to replace electrical Modules that had been damaged. Ridgeway fixed the lights by changing a fuse costing far less. I found Ridgeway to be very competent and honest.

quality workmenship, fair pricing, gets job done when they promised, pleasant people to be around
flexibility- my car was making a noise in the rear and this being a week-end (it always happens on a week-end) on monday morning in took it to jeff just to know if it was OK to drive, it being my only way tgo get around. i did not have an appt. but jeff said leave it. later that day he called and said he installed a new muffler And pick it up latter. Jeff & Ridgeway are very good to the Seniors in the catonsville area it is good to know you can count on them.
