Inaccurate Warranty Info Disclosure
Riverside Hyundai is great at selling cars but failed to be truthful in regards to warranty info. Purchased a new 2026 Tuscan Hybrid on 11/15/26. Claimed warranty was bumper to bumper was 5 yr for all service related maintenance and repairs. Better than the 2025 warranty of 3yr 36k. Took car in for first service and found out Hyundai dropped free maintenance on all 2026 models. NEVER SHARED WITH ME! Also looked to find out what warranty info for the car I had and dealer gave me a set for a 2025 Tuscan Hybrid not a 2026. Tried to reach sales manager but was but on hold multiple times and finally had to leave message in which they never returned call. I would not trust this dealer and am recommending not purchasing from HyundaI. I live in a retirement community and I am also recommending that others look elsewhere for cars and car brand.
