We bought a 2025 grand design from roberson. Took trailer home rained second day and storage area had water in it. Called service department they said drop off so did. They said three week turn around now saying six weeks to get it completed. I told them I would like to get a different trailer since we haven't even used the trailer. They are not willing to even work with me. Told me to come pick it up and use as is. I'm not willing to use the trailer due to it's raining during my trip. This is my second trailer from roberson rv and will not be purchasing another from them in the future.
