Oil change
They check out your vehicle and find things that I/you didn't know about. They found a broken toe link and replaced it while I waited. I had asked to wait for the oil change and they informed me about the link, the parts arrived within 15 minutes. I had been hearing a clunk intermittently (my wife's vehicle, don't drive it that much) and now it is gone. They replaced both sides for continuity (vehicle is ten years old). I am more of a driver than a mechanic so I very much appreciate that they look out for the well being of your vehicle. My mechanic retired and I had to find another. I chose Rob's because I accompanied my father when he had work done on his F-150 and I liked how they talked to him about his truck and I noticed that they service the town's police vehicles so I figured that if the police trust them I could too and I do.
