It was unfortunate that we were unable to do this installation- We were unaware originally that the frame would need to be cut for the installation and that was not something we felt comfortable doing. We do our best to not turn away work, but we truly have the customer in mind (as well as the business) when these situations occur. We'll always be here to perform high quality work that is in the best interests of customers, and if a job is beyond us we won't take it on. And sometimes that is how you best serve your customers. We welcome a second opporunity should it arise Jason.
