I arrived with a Flat Tire still on my car. Your people put on my spare and explained my the tire was not fixable. my car is a Subaru Outback 2025. I told the sales person I thought i had tire insurance through Suburban.r
The salesman got me quote for a replacement tire. He then gave me a invoice of NO CHARGE. They had changed my Flat tire and off I went to Suburban. Suburban replaced my Tire at no cost. What I thought was going to be a BAD day turned into a GOOD day. Your people were GREAT
