They Lie seek service elsewhere
They LIE! Service department is literally liars and don’t care about customers. I plan on contacting the better business bureau, consumer affairs, and probably another dozen websites so others don’t experience what I did. Then I will encourage my wife to do the same based on how she feels about this service department and hopefully we will feel better after expressing ourselves and ultimately help/warn others. All over a car key! It’s also worthy to note the key I need is for a car I purchased recently from this same dealer that only came with one key!!! Hyundai of Rockland Service Department does not deserve one star. I plan on servicing my vehicle elsewhere.
