In and Out + Reliable Service
My car had broke down on the side of the road just mins away. I was able to speak to someone right away, and my car was towed and in the shop 10 mins later. They were able to diagnose the issue and get my car completed in a timely manner. I appreciate their reliable and hard work on what seemed like a lost cause.

Excellent service at Rogers
Great technicians that are able to correct virtually any issue that you night encounter. Today they traced a malfunction in a cooling fan system to a rusted wire and connector - amazing.

WONT LOOK UP FROM COMPUTER
The man at the front desk was to busy to look up from his computer & when he did he listened and typed in what I was saying about the car but then he walked away to help a customer who just walked in. I had a scheduled appointment on this day. I was not finished telling him about the car. I also had asked on my first drop in visit for a new interstate battery to be ordered/installed & when I stopped by to try and get an update after after the car was there for one week they were jump starting the car. Again, the man was too busy to look up and when he finally did he was rude to me and dismissive about what was being done to the car. He also did not want me to talk to the mechanic who had been working on the car. My impression is that this man does not want to deal with women & has a very short fuse. Life is a boomerang! DONT BRING YOUR CAR TO ROGERS.

Your upset because it took the technician 15 minutes to come up and talk to you. And no appointment. Once he came up you were already screaming like a child throwing a temper tantrum. You just stared at me and made me feel uncomfterable . It was the Technicican who doesnt want to talk to you thats my job his job is to work on cars. But he did come up to talk you just threw a fit beforhand.

Friendly and honest!
We had my mom’s car brought in around May, for a part that went out. They fixed it right away. Fast forward, my mom was on vacation and her car engine light came on again. She got worried, brought it to an Auto Zone to scan and it was the exact same part. Today we brought the car in and Roger’s replaced it immediately, no charge. If it happens again, they gave us a plan on what they’re going to do with the supplier if it does so happen again. This place has been so great to all our cars over the past two years!

Fast response
I was very happy with the fast response considering I waited almost 4 hours for a different tow truck and Roger’s was there in less than 15 minutes. My car was also fixed at a reasonable price and got it back sooner than expected!! Thanks again!! Definitely will continue to give them my business
