Long and pricey
The estimate and cost is close but higher than the Ford dealership...and took 2+ weeks to get in.
I was surprised to have $150+ charge for a quick drop-in to confirm what the Ford dealership had allready indicated was a cracked valve cover.

Above and Beyond
They helped me with my warranty company and called on my behalf. I had been struggling with them for days but they handled it for me. I felt like they stood up for me when I couldn't do it myself. They are great people and very communicative. I felt like they really cared about me. Thank you

Top tier
Broke down in Moffat needing an engine and had no place to tow it to. Called them and said to have it dropped off there. They put in a new engine for me and get everything taken care of for me in a timely manner. Although I was in no hurry they got it done. Called several times with question and they didn't hesitate to answer them for me which was reassuring since I had to drive it all the way back to Abq Nm. Great group of people to work with.

I wouldn't trust anyone else
They are the most honest and transparent repair shop I have had the pleasure of doing buisness with.Other shops your vehicle usually ends up leaving with more problems than it came in with, often costing hundreds if not thousands more.I know im not the only one.I could write a book on all of the shady questionable dealings with other places.
Rogers usually have a longer wait time for appointments but like any place that is superior to the competition it is absolutely worth the wait.You can trust that they will correctly diagnose the problem without trying to upsell anything unnecessary.I would highly recommend even getting a second opinion from them.I left a vehicle to be worked on and accidentally left an envelope with thousands sitting on the seat in the car unlocked in front of their shop hours before they were opened.They could've easily just said it wasn't there or they never saw it but they are good people with integrity.
