Efficient and Knowledgeable
We broke down a little before Ashland, OR on Christmas Eve (Wednesday) and we couldn’t find any shops that were open and if they were open we wouldn’t have our vehicle towed in time. We got a hold of Josh and he said he would wait for us and get our vehicle diagnosed. Gave us the results the same day, got the parts ordered and the vehicle was ready when we came back through Medford on Monday.
