Emergency need for a tire replacement.
Daughter's car hit a road hazard. Got the spare on, drove her straight to Roland's. Saw selections on website so I had a cost expectation. Delighted when the service writer suggested a tire for about 15% less cost. Technician did a clean, quick job - put the spare back & properly inflated it. He also kindly suggested she replace the spare with a late model used tire since that (full size) original spare was 20yrs old. Very good experience overall. No pressure, no upsell. Just quality service at a fair price. She's now a fan. Thanks.
