Absolutely terrible experience with this dealership. We called ahead about a vehicle and specifically asked if it had a clean title. We were told yes, so we drove an hour to the dealership. After signing paperwork and putting down a deposit, we discovered the vehicle was actually a total loss vehicle.
When we expressed that we were uncomfortable moving forward, especially since we had directly asked about the title beforehand, the staff became defensive and argumentative instead of taking accountability. They continued insisting it was a “clear title” despite the obvious issue.
We requested the transaction be voided immediately. Instead, they claimed they could only issue a refund. Two weeks later, we still had not received our money back and ultimately had to dispute the charge through our bank.
Do yourself a favor and read the one-star reviews carefully. The higher-rated reviews seem very questionable when customers are encouraged to leave reviews before even driving off the lot.
Would never recommend this dealership to anyone.
