Mechanical/lights issue
I went to the dealership for lights that were on in my vehicle. Was told is probably just the auxiliary battery worse case scenario your car doesn't start. Mind you there have been days that I can only start my vehicle with the remote starter. So I went to Rome Collision explained the situation and made an appointment to have my car checked out. They wanted to check it out instead of just getting a battery in case that wasn't the issue. The guys here took the time to check out the car to find out it was a vacuum pump and a fuse that was the issue. It had nothing to do with the auxiliary battery. I can't thank these guys enough for taking the time to actually look at my vehicle and see what the problem actually was! These guys get a 10 in my book! I will definitely be back with future issues!!!
