Above and beyond!
The appreciation and respect I have for Ronnie is at the highest level possible. I’ll try to make a long story short. I live four hours away and I came to town for my wife’s scuba diving certification. When we got here two days ago, it was well over 6 PM and I was only 2 miles away from our Airbnb. Just about to check in. When my engine light turned on and it said that the coolant engine level was overheating, and I needed it to stop the car to prevent further damage. All the local shops were closed, but the tow truck told me he can leave it at Ronny‘s shop and that Ronny opens up at 8 AM on Saturday. I went to Ronny’s the next morning and spoke to him personally. He said he hasn’t checked the car yet because he just got in, but if it is the radiator which it looked like it was, I would get the car back probably Monday. I expressed to him that I do not live here and that I need to go back home on Sunday after I check out in the morning from my Airbnb. I live four hours away. He said on Saturdays he closes at 12 noon and he does not open on Sunday so that probably won’t be possible. But as he witnessed the situation at hand for me, I did not have to twist his arm or promise him anything, just the situation at hand and he said he will do what he can. This man literally stayed on Saturday until 6 PM or so and let me know he was almost finished, but he needed another three hours so he will come in on Sunday on his day off at 6 AM and keep working on the car. At 10 AM he called me and told me the car was ready. Wow! Just wow! Thank you Ronnie
