Horrible customer service
Absolutely. Horrible customer service. All around, I will not buy a nether vehicle from them. Nora, will I ever service my vehicle again with them? I'll be sure to tell everybody. I know how poor their services. I've only had one good experience, my entire time there. And that's where the gentleman named William. They should learn by him

Extremely Discourteous Behavior
I will never consider buying a vehicle that necessitates dealing with the Roseville Hyundai group. The service adviser and service manager exhibit extremely discourteous behavior during interactions. It is truly astonishing that they continue to operate with such appalling customer service standards. While I would have preferred to explore alternatives, regrettably, the Roseville, Folsom, and Elk Grove branches are all under the same management. Despite my attempts to reach out to the owner on several occasions, I have yet to receive a satisfactory response.

They don’t care
Stay far far away, I love my Hyundai vehicle and actually want to purchase the newer version but have gotten to the point in which I refuse to purchase anything further from this dealership. Customer service is deplorable and their don’t care attitude towards problems is Infuriating. There are a few good apples amongst the tree but it is hard to overlook the continual laissez faire attitude.

Long story short buy your Hyundai vehicle somewhere else.

(Don’t believe me, look at yelp)

Very satisfied
I just want to thank everybody in the service department, Tatiana Julie Pam, Christopher, Bill Paul, and the big boss. I just want to say thank you for taking the time to service my car. You guys are very honest very kind and very very sweet people. You guys are always been there to help me when I’ve had a problem with this car. My daughter got me 2020 Hyundai venue and had issues that you guys are taking care of for me and I appreciate it a lot. You guys do good work for being in a small quarters as you’re in you need to hurry up and get to a bigger spot where you can breathe because you guys deserve better plus you need a cleaning person to clean it because it’s dirty and you shouldn’t be breathing all that dirt, but I wanna say thank you from the bottom of my heart for all that you guys have done for me and my car for the past four months . May God bless you as you bless us. Thank you. And thank you again for helping me take care of my car

A happy girl
First off I want to say thank you to the service department at the Roseville Hyundai. They treat you with the upright respect they’re kind and courteous and they welcome you Christopher Paul, Bill, and Brock, the big boss, Julie Tatiana and the other two that work in the service
department with Julie andTatiana. I forgot who they are but they’re also kind and loving they take care of you they don’t rip you off you’re an amazing bunch and I wanna say one more thing for the small quarters that they work in. They do an amazing job but they do need a better cleaner to clean their office cause it’s very dirty and dusty but thank you Roseville Hyundai and all the staff for making me always feel welcomed and taking care of my car. No integrity sales team
Well, here's one more 1 star review to add to the long list of bad reviews for this dealership. Let's just say if you hate dealing with the car salesman when buying a car, stay away from this dealership. My wife wanted to test drive 3 cars before making a final decision. Unfortunately we came to this dealership first in our car buying adventure. After the test drive, the manager Spencer made us an offer to keep us at the dealership. We told him we appreciated the offer but just needed to test drive another car before making the final decision. After we test drove another car we decided to go back to this dealership and buy the car with the deal Spencer offered us. However, when we called they said that the deal was no longer on the table because we left. These guys are bottom feeders - the worst of the worst. Stay away!!

Car was in shop for 3 months +
Communication was completely unacceptable! I dropped my car off December 28, 2021 and got it back March 30, 2022. Up until the 2 month mark I had to call and get the status myself. Wasn't offered a loaner or rental until I voiced my frustrations at the service advisor, and that was disappointing as well. When I picked up my car it was filthy, and the inside was full of leaves on the drivers side floorboard that weren't there when I dropped it off.

Hyundai needs to step it up
The engine recall matter definitely needs some fine tuning. Hyundai needs to set up a rental agreement with Enterprise or other car rental agency to cover the car rental upfront while our cars are being repaired - taking weeks/months to get back. I had to pay over $1k in car rentals while mine was being repaired. I now have to submit for reimbursement & wait to see what/when/how long to be reimbursed. Definitely not good business practices!

Prices and Wait Times Have Increased
I was shocked to see how expensive a regular 60K maintenance service was. It wasn't that costly before. The car was also not done until 2.5 hours later than originally promised. Prices are too high and they are stretched too thin to provide quality service. Will not be returning unless there is a recall issue or something else only the dealer can fix.
