Car repair
Very friendly professional person at the front desk by the name of Hector. They did a diagnostic test on my car, but it either failed to show or it doesn’t show that the ball joints needed repair until I mentioned it. I took it to them for a second opinion, disappointed about that. Needless to say I was
Satisfied with their service and will give them a second chance and have them repair it. Also Ernest was very professional and knowledgeable.

Job done but took over a week
Job was done and truck is up and running . The only problem was the time it took . I was told the differential was sent to the wrong shop after 3 days nd the after 2 more days I was told the delivery truck broke in Dallas so had to wait about another 3 days . After over a week truck is up and running . With a warranty .

Very Honest
RPM is very honest. I was given estimate for my repair, once they started to work on my car, they realized, I would not need one of the part, they told me. They called me and told me it would be $450.00 less. They saved me a lot money, by being honest. Very trust worthy.
