As always, the owner, Rob, & his entire staff are top notch! This is why I am a loyal client, going on a decade now. I’m 55 years old, so I’ve had a lot of work done on various vehicles throughout my adult life. And Rob is simply one of the best mechanics I’ve ever met. Even if he himself doesn’t provide the maintenance &/or repair on your vehicle, he doesn’t have anyone working for him who isn’t of equal caliber & attention to detail, with integrity & knowledge, to himself. Just as “trustworthy” as it gets!

RT’s in Swannanoa did an excellent job working on my car! I was apprehensive, because I’m a female, and have issues ‘trusting’ a mechanic. I had to have quite a bit of work done. These guys were straight up honest, without any harassment or BS, and had my car fixed within hours of drop off! They did all this work for an excellent price! My car wasn’t dirty on the inside from test drives, or whatever, either!! Highly recommended, especially for women!! I thank them so much!!
