Fast, courteously and professional service
The staff is professional and knowledgeable, makes the experience of having a vehicle down less stressful. Great service as usual.
Have been to and worked with many mechanics, dealers etc in my 50+ years as a car owner. A1auto Peabody is the best on all levels of service, communication, work performance and price I’ve ever experienced. I say this honestly and without any hesitation. Also. I have found them to be completely transparent, honest and very fair when it comes to additional work that comes up and pricing, which I find completely refreshing. I have and will continue to recommend your service to all my family and friends.
I purchased a car that should not have been sold to me in the first place. Turns out it needed a new engine. I brought it to Rte 1 Auto Service and I could not be more happy. Chris handled everything, from dealing with the insurance company and advocating in my best interests. He kept me informed and every person who worked on my car in that shop always would come and greet me and update me whenever I was there to check in. They do not pressure you to do anything and are very honest and trustworthy. They are good people that provide great service!!
Michael said they kept in contact with him, it took longer than expected, but they contacted him every day and let him know the status of his vehicle. It was good communication.
As usual, the service was excellent. Mark, Chris, and Tony handled my appointment very nicely. It is always a pleasure going into route one auto service for my car appointments.
Taylor said they were super helpful with helping her figure out what the problem was. It was difficult to figure out the warranty stuff. They were amazing and super patient.
Devon said they helped him out when he needed it, he broke down right in front of their store, they gave him a jump, got him a battery and had him on his way in less than 10 minutes.
My reguar 5000 mile/6 mo service went well and quickly (as usual). Steve came out to tell me my cabin air filter needed replacing soon. He showed me the filter and I told him to replace it now. Also it was noted that I will need a couple of front tires replaced soon due to tread wear. I will return to have all four tires replaced due to wear in the immediate future. Looks like business has really picked up at Rte 1. Better hurry up and schedule work while I can. Rte 1 Auto keeps me rollin'.
