I asked for a diagnostic to be done to verify if I needed a transmission mount as well as to figure out why the coolant was disappearing but not leaking.
After reading the many great reviews, I decided to give this business a try. I sent them a text letting them know what I wanted checked out. Within a short period of time I got a reply from Chip. I had a few questions so gave him a call. Chip explained to me that they would need to do a diagnostic and if I chose to have the repair(s) done the same day, the diagnostic fee would be applied to the repair bill. I left the car Sunday night. Around 9:30 Monday morning, Chip called to tell me what he found. He detailed each repair and the cost to repair it. I was not pressured in any way. I decided to go forward with the repairs and my car was finished and ready for pickup by 2:30 pm. Chip was very pleasant and professional. I will take all my future automotive needs to Rushing Automotive and would not hesitate to recommend this business to others.
