I have been bringing all my cars there (4 cars) since 2021 after repeated horrible experiences at my car's respective dealers. I have been extremely satisfied with their attention to detail, fair repair prices, their longer than normal repair warranties (3 years), and general honesty. On more than one occasion, I have brought one of my vehicles in and it was a simple fix which they didn't even charge for. Who does that?!!! Neil (owner), Bob & Justin explain things completely and let me know up front regarding cost and the necessity of the repair. And they also let me know about potential service issues that will need attention in the future. The techs there are very knowledgeable, many with first-hand direct knowledge of my vehicles' specific needs. There are very few service companies that are trustworthy to their core, SAF-T Auto is one of them in my experience.
