Had my car in for a tire rotation and oil change. I was told at drop that they would inspect the car before rotating the tires. I got a call saying that the car was ready and nothing else was needed. When I received the service report it showed that a tire rotation was recommended along with other items but this information was not given to me before I had already left the shop. Now I will need to coordinate taking the car to the shop a second time for a simple service that could have been completed while it was there the first time.

I’m sorry we did not communicate the inspection findings before you picked up your vehicle. You should have had the opportunity to review the tire rotation and other recommendations while the car was still with us, and I would appreciate the chance to speak with you directly so we can understand where our process broke down and make this right.
