Friendly, quick, efficient
I got a flat tire on Michigan Ave one evening and watched my tire pressure plummet before my eyes. I couldn’t have pulled off into a better place. It was after hours with no spare so I made sure to call the shop as soon as they opened the next morning. Michael was friendly and compassionate of my situation and offered options to help. Fortunately I hold a tire care warranty and Michael, with my information, called and made the claim, got the approval and replaced two tires by the time they closed! This was the best experience of tire replacement I’ve ever had. Usually I have to tow it somewhere and get a rental for a few days. Extremely happy with my service from Safeway and would give them more stars if I could! I will be visiting again (hopefully not too soon lol) for future care needs! Highly recommend!

Great work, they took me underneath the car to show me what parts needed replacement and why. I'm old school and that's what mechanics did if they respected you, they still do it for men but not women. They were quick with the repairs and my car rides smoothly. Kudos. They will be my new mechanic, thank you guys!

Over charged for my oil change
I came in to get an oil change and was charged double. Told oil has went up . Advertising says $24.99. I had other work that was needing done last time and I couldn’t afford it at the time and my boyfriend took it somewhere else to get it done way cheaper. So I feel that is why he
