I wrote a review about a week ago and nothing has changed . They did replace the Cadillac converter and luckily it was covered under my warranty but the real issue is the engine. Hyundai knows my warranty is about to expire because I’m currently at 98000 miles and it’s a 100,000 mile warranty. At this point I feel like Hyundai is being super shady and continuously avoiding the issue. They have had tons of 2017 sonata’s with engine failure . I have had to pay for 3 separate tows to Hyundai for the same issue and missed many weeks of work so this is very frustrating that my car is still not mobile. I went and got a rental yesterday and it’s costing me $2000. I really liked this car but my advice to you if u want to buy one, DONT. I have had this car a little over a year and it had 10,000 miles on it and I take very good care of my car but anything that needs repair has to be done only by Hyundai and that is a nightmare .
