Outstanding Friendly Customer Service
We were on our way home to St Louis Missouri after attending our nieces wedding in Appleton WI when my truck got stuck in 4th gear. We pulled in a gas station and asked a man if there was a mechanic around that would help us out. He immediately said Schaefer’s and gave us directions. I pulled into the parking lot and went inside to tell them my predicament. Kyle said give me a minute and he’d check it out. He took it on a test drive and hooked it up and said my transmission solenoid needed replaced but couldn’t get the part until the next day. He then asked David to drive us to the Best Western and said when my truck was ready he’d come back to the hotel and get us. He did just that and got us on our way the next afternoon. We could not have asked for better customer service and friendliness from a business. If you are in need of a caring, friendly and professional business for your vehicle, I highly recommend Shaefer’s Auto Repair!!!
