I brought my 1999 Corvette in to have the instrument cluster removed, sent out for repair, and reinstalled. I was told the vehicle would be kept inside until the work was completed, which was important to me given the car’s age and condition. Unfortunately, that did not happen. While the repair itself was completed, the experience did not fully align with what was explained upfront. Communication and follow-through could have been better.
In the past, when the shop operated as Nathan’s, my experiences reflected a higher level of consistency and attention to detail. Overall, the work was acceptable, but the experience fell short of expectations.
