Good work but experience could be better
The repair of replacing a radiator and rear brakes were good but the experience of taking the car in at shop opening on a Friday and not getting a call until the end of the day that I’d have to wait until after the weekend for the repair was a miss. Then when the repair was complete I didn’t get a call that it was done. However he does good work and normally has someone helping him handle administrative tasks.
