I have had major work done on two different vehicles and they got them in and out in one day. Done Right reasonably priced awesome job. Highly recommend Scott's Car Care.
After I was taken advantage of by chain repair and tires company, I decided to use Scott’s Complete Repair Shop.
They always explain what needs to repaired to me thoroughly. I appreciate the patience while I am asking a lot of questions.
I trust Scott’s to repair my SUV, quickly and with quality parts.
I've usually gone here because I've mostly heard good things. I initially went in because my AC wasn't working and hasn't been working for months I just didn't bother getting it fixed because of financial reasons and waiting for the weather to warm up. In my initial visit I was told that the compressor was fine and that they were going to drain the freon and redo that. I paid almost $500 for that initial visit. Whenever I picked up my car, it cooled for about all of 5 seconds and then
went back to blowing hot air. I took it back in and they seemed happy to help. I figured it would probably be a small leak to fix or something that went wrong. However when they called they suddenly found a "hole in the condenser." And wanted to charge me an additional $680 to fix. The main issue I have here is when I asked if that had been looked at the other day the answer was danced around and they basically told me that a rock had broken a hole in my condenser from the time of picking up my car after the initial fix and driving about two blocks to my house. Which is complete nonsense. I know people make mistakes and miss things. For me it's like just own up to the initial mistake instead of trying to cover up for it? I think the initial problem was there was a hole in the condenser and they didn't check it and then charged me for a repair that wouldn't have fixed it anyway... Used to I would have recommended people to come here but after this experience I won't. I also had a friend who knows cars check the price for a condenser and he said he could order one for like $130. So I'm wondering why they were charging me $680 to fix a condenser? All around confusing experience for me.
This is my second time coming to Scott’s for a repair and I am very appreciative of their team. Bill at the front welcomed me and got me taken care of right away! Jack did an excellent job answering all the questions I had, and of course giving me some brand new hub assemblies. My car runs so much smoother, I am grateful for a place like Scott’s!
We have always been very happy with Scott's Auto and we have used them for years on multiple vehicles in our family. Very pleased with how honest, quick and good they are!
I have recently starting using Scott's. I have taken my Honda Accord in for service and maintenance twice. My favorite thing about them has been they have never tried to up sale me. The work was on time and the pricing was reasonable. Will continue to use them. As a matter of fact the first time I brought my car in for a 65k tune up they tried to convince me I did not need to change out the plugs because the engine was running within spec. I went ahead and did it but I appreciated the information and consideration. That would have never happened at the dealership. There service exceeded my expectations.
They know what they are doing. They know the ins & outs of the newer vehicles. Have always treated me well and answered all my questions. Have been gouged on price by other shops in town, but never by Scott’s. Will continue to use them.
Scott’s is always my first choice for all the family vehicles. They have very knowledgeable staff that explains the issues, they get the work done quickly, and the quality is second to none.
Thank you again!
