went to yell at a manager today,he was at lunch. drove away and decided this was a better action to take. Daughter took car there for coolant leak issue, they replaced thermostat housing, seemed good for a while, but over past few months slowly leaking coolant.calls yesterday says there is fluid under her car, go look and bottom hose isnt fully seated, she lives in apt complex so cant work on it there, say if its under warranty take it back. she takes it back they say a hose clamp is loose and it needs a radiator, and she must have hit something, its a Subaru with nearly a foot of ground clearance, I am sure she'd know if she hit something. my question is, why is it her fault that the tech decided not to do a pressure test at time of parts repair, to see if rad was bad. By the way when she needed struts replaced they quoted her 4 grand for that repair. like really.
