Excellent service
First time bringing my car in for service after my Acura service indicator identified the need to address multiple items. After discussing the items, I knew that I was in very capable hands. The need for service was thoroughly explained along with an estimate for the work. What was particularly impressive was the fact that based on our discussion, it was explained why service for one item was unnecessary and potentially problematic in the long run if performed. This very positive experience was capped when it was explained that I could pick up my car after hours through a simple on-line payment system and that my keys would be accessible through a lock-box outside the front door. it was really a pleasure to do business with them. If you need service, Serafin's is clearly the place to bring your car.
