They're local - having purchased a vehicle with sub 5k miles, we wanted a dealership (specifically our model of car we wanted) to be close in the event for recalls. That's about it, they're conveniently local. Purchasing a vehicle from them was abysmal, and having had another vehicle serviced at their ford dealership and ALSO having had a bad experience it appears this is systemically bad for all shaker's dealerships in watertown.
