They lack in both professionalism and integrity. I found a particular vehicle and wanted to purchase it. I was told the vehicle was not there at this time but they could get it to the Sherman dealership around noon. I was told the vehicle would be coming from the Chevrolet dealership In McKinney. I even spoke and have text records of conversations with two different sales representatives about the arrival of the vehicle and I was assured it would be delivered on Saturday by noon.
The vehicle never arrived, this dealership had No intention of getting the vehicle. I was pressured to purchase a newer and more expensive vehicle.
When I refused to purchase the newer more expensive vehicle I was informed that if I wanted to purchase that particular vehicle I would have to go to where the vehicle was located in Grand Prairie. ??? Wow!!!! Is all
I can say! I am a small business owner and I know that is NOT how business should be ran and how people should be treated.
The bottom Line is the foundation of Sherman Chevrolet Cadillac is not one of trust, integrity or professionalism they were more concerned with trying to force me into a purchase of a vehicle I did not want then sell me the vehicle I was interested in.
