I got a flat tire on my way to work yesterday and stopped at the Exxon in Shoreview to fill up my tire. Little did I know that they have a full service station as well. Michael, the mechanic on duty, just arrived and immediately looked at my vehicle and determined the tire could not be repaired and he put on my spare tire. Robert, the Service Manager, apologized and did not charge me! What started out as a bad day turned into a much better situation. Michael and Robert were extremely polite, friendly and helpful. I recommend their service to everyone!! Mark F
