They charged $50 more for a new tire without any reason + over-inflated the new tire to 42 vs 33!!
Stay away!! Don't go to their Milford MA facility! Incompetent and untruthful. Bought new tire that they had to order. They gave the bottom line number we owed while we were enroute to pick up the car, and upon arrival, learned the number had gone up $50. Plus, we went to another tire company to get a second opinion and to understand why the tire light came on after the new tire was installed and learned that the tire was inflated to 42 vs 33. Nothing wrong with the new tire. Not only that, but the second opinion tire company agreed that we were overcharged by $50. So, we went back to Showcase Tire who said tires expand on their own (from 33 to 42?!?), and the prices of tires change day to day (even hour by hour?). Well, if you believe that, we have a bridge to sell you in Brooklyn. We were given a coupon to have a free oil change instead of returning $50, and we said no thank you. We do business with companies that stand by their products and services, stand by their quotes, and don't give stupid reasons for the new tire air pressure (42 vs 33) and prices changing hour by hour. Very very disappointing! $50 is a lot of money to us. Was $50 worth it to Showcase?
