Poor quality work and gouged me on the price.
Really unimpressed with my experience here.

Long story short, my 2016 Dart refused to start and I had it towed to Showcase since it was the nearest AAA-approved mechanic. All the symptoms pointed to an electrical issue, probably related to the battery or starter.

Despite that, it took them TEN HOURS of work to diagnose the issue as a faulty start relay. That's an easy fix and should have been one of the very first things they checked.

They also ripped me off by charging $380 for a replacement starter. A brand new Mopar factory-issue starter for my car retails for about $200. They claimed they were cutting me a deal by reducing the labor costs (although for how long it took, I'm not sure they weren't trying to pad labor costs), but I suspect they were gouging me on parts to make up for that.

The check engine light was on when I picked my car up. It wasn't before I dropped it off. To be fair, that could have been related to the electrical issue I brought it in for, but where it's an issue with the radiator's air shutter I sincerely doubt it.

Granted, they got my car running again, but I can't help but feel they did substandard work and gouged me on parts.

Great Shop
This shop is great. Family run. They always try to help you out. We have been servicing our vehicles here for years. They have loaner vehicles. A couple of times they have given me a ride home. Great people i highly recommend

Can’t seem to fix problem
Took my Mercedes sprinter in for repair, the trotted body was replaced, and the truck has never run right again since. Took it back three times! Now they are telling me they can’t figure it out and will need the truck for a week or so to fix.

I'll never go to showcase again .. my brake light was blinking in random patterns I just bought the vehicle 55 days before I was told it's under warranty it's a safety issue .. I was charged for a harness I was also charged for 2 bulbs and I had p
2 packs in plain view that fit the vehicle in the cargo trunk that's 4 bulbs I bought them 1 days before to fix the issue myself and the bulbs would not have hold a glow it was electrical issue .. I asked to install brake pads I purchased myself seeing how I had 2mm brakes I complained about the squeaky brakes in 1st 30days and only rear rotors and pads were replaced NOT front pads or rotors so install my 10 mm pads I paid $90 cause your just too cheap to do it for me but I kinda understood that when I received my excise tax and noticed the car is valued by the state at $4690 and I'm paying a cool 11k .. I will never recommend service or sales at this establishment ill deal with all vehicle issues myself and take to a GM dealer if I can't perform the work myself I sunk $1449.00 in a stereo system cause the rear speakers do not work and I have OCD thanks showcase you really out did yourself this time ..
