We understand the importance of providing estimates upfront, and we'll certainly take your input to heart as we strive for improvement. Just a re-cap of what I remember. You walked in late Friday morning, said Autozone said you needed a coil pac, and you had to go to California for a furneral on Saturday, the next day. I said we normally replace all spark plugs when we find a bad coil the first time. Again, I want to say I remember you saying "what ever it takes". The only way to take that car in and get it out was verify problem, get parts ASAP, install and check for proper operation. More times than not, when we call with estimates, we have to leave a message and wait for a call back. There wasn't time. You were glad we were willing to take it on such short notice. Thanks for sharing your experience!
